Nikki Lavergne is currently the Instructional Coach for Live Oak Junior High in Livingston, LA as well as a Google Certified Educator, Trainer, and Innovator.
Nikki is the creator of the Google Guardian Online Learning Academy.
Before this position, she was the Instructional Technology Facilitator, Social Media Manager and Content Creator, as well as the STEAM Express Director for Livingston Parish Public Schools. Nikki has her secondary education bachelors from Louisiana State University and her master’s degree in educational leadership from Southeastern Louisiana University. She taught English/Language Arts, Journalism, and Speech and was Varsity Cheer Coach for 11.5 years at Doyle High School in Livingston Parish. Nikki loves providing professional development to help engage students, differentiate instruction, and ease the lives of families utilizing technology.
